He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ward and Eleanor Ward (Cusato). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne M. Ward (Linnane); his sons, Christopher Ward (Betsy) of Pembroke and Paul Ward of Hanover; his sisters, Kathleen McQueen (James) of Raynham and Eleanor Ward of Abington; and his grandchildren, Meaghan Ward of Pembroke, Joseph Ward of Pembroke and Michael Ward of Pembroke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
