We are sad to announce that, on February 16, 2026, at the age of 66, Dana Horn of Hanover, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Horn, Jr. and Laura Jean Horn; and his siblings, Suzi Flanagan and Brett Horn. He is survived by: his siblings, Lori Hayes (Paul) and Ken Horn (Kathy); and his nieces and nephews, Matt, Justin, Kris, Kyle, Kory, Paul, Jr. and Tammi.
