He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Christopher, Joan Muldoon and Mary Ann Cavanaro; and his aunt Jean Colligan. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Patrick Muldoon Sr. and Jean Muldoon (Cavanaro) of Plymouth; his siblings, Colleen Rubbelke (Michael) of Cohasset and William Muldoon (Rebecca Briggs) of Plymouth; his grandfather William Cavanaro of Largo, Florida; his nephews, Graham and Jack Rubbelke; his niece Catherine; his uncle Dennis Muldoon; and his godparents, Nancy Walsh and John Cavanaro. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
