He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice D. Crowder (Williams) and George E. Crowder; his stepmother Philomena Crowder (Piver); and his sisters, Dorothy Tilden (John Goodwin), Lillian "Pat" Doherty and Marjorie McKinney.
He is survived by: his sister Marjory Ellstrom (Richard Goodwin) of Hanover. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
