She was predeceased by : her parents, Leo F. Egan and Jeannette Egan (Handran). She is survived by : her children, Donna Malley, John Andreasse (Colleen), Diane Gangi (Jeff) and Christine Mungovan (Brendan); her grandchildren, Austin, Morgan, Jessy, Rob, Nicholas, Meghan, Joseph, Elise and Dominic; her brothers, Ralph Egan and Leo "Butch" Egan (Susan); her children, Robin, Phyllis, Lisa, Shirley, Kathy and Katie; and her cousin Anne.

In Lieu of flowers, donations in Margaret's name may be made to St. Jude Hospital.
