We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Robert T Rafferty Sr. of Hanover, Massachusetts, born in Brighton, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Robert's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Robert's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.

He was predeceased by : his father John Tand Mary Rafferty; his daughter Josephine "Joy" Inglis of Hanover; and his brother John "Jack" Rafferty of South Boston. He is survived by : his wife Josephine Powers; and his children, Robert Rafferty Jr. (Adrianne) of Hanover, Carolyn "Lyn" Owens (John) of Hanover, John Rafferty (Laura) of Pembroke and Michael Rafferty (Sharon) of Rockland. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Biggins-Magoun Funeral Home (135 Union St, Rockland, MA 02370).

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation or D.A.V. Disabled American Veterans.
