He is survived by : his children, Emma and Ryan; his wife Amy (Monahan); his parents, Diane Wojdag and Edwin Wojdag of Upton, MA; his siblings, Heather Forbes (Jeremy) and Jason (Renee); his brother-in-law Matt Monahan (Jen); his uncles, Cody Forbes, Kyle Forbes, Brady Forbes, Calley Forbes, Wyc Wojdag, Colton Wojdag, Bodie Wojdag, Reeve Wojdag and Jack Monahan (Grace Monahan); and also, Kathleen and Hugh Monahan.
