He was predeceased by: his parents, John Murphy and Josephine Murphy. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Conrad (Bob) of San Jose, CA and Theresa Hluchyj (Michael) of Boston, MA. He is also survived by niece, nephew, grandniece, three grandnephews, and many cousins.
