He was predeceased by: his parents, John Loren Boynton and Effie Louise Boynton (Mackay). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Boynton; his sons, Matthew Boynton (Victoria Pascoe) and Adam Boynton (Emily Cardenas); his siblings, Donald Boynton, Celia Andrus (Jeff) and Hilda Jaffe (David); and his granddaughters, Charlotte and Louise Boynton.
