He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Chase and William Chase; and his siblings, Francis and Rosemary. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Chase (Mone); his children, Katie Tedesco (Lee) and Mark Chase (Emmy); his grandsons, Jameson Tedesco, Benjamin and Patrick Garr Chase; and his siblings, William and Geraldine.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapman Funerals & Cremations - Harwich (678 Main St, Harwich, MA 02645).
