He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sr. Howes and Doris Howes (Amiro); his sister Judith A. Howes; and his siblings-in-law, Francis, Mary Ellen Colburn and Janet Colburn.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Howes (Colburn); and his brother-in-law Robert W. Colburn of Billerica. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
