He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Owen Belanger, Sr. and Claire Pearl Emond Belanger; and his brothers, Raymond and Stephen. He is survived by: his spouse Preston Matthew Roland of Haverhill; and his siblings, Richard Belanger of Rye, Deborah Belanger Marsolais of Hampton and Diane Belanger Bemish of Carmel. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
