He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bailey and Marie Regina Bailey (Comeau); and his siblings, Russell "Monk" Bailey and Leslie Tidd. He is survived by: his wife Frances A. Bailey (Pascucci) of Merrimac, MA; his son Christopher (Elena Bailey) of Hampstead, NH; his grandson Alexander Bailey; and his sister Judith (John Playdon).
