He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Hubbard (Lowes) of Haverhill; his children, Charles Hubbard, Jr. (Christy) of Haverhill and Cecilia Warchol (Kenneth) of Kensington, NH.; his grandchildren, John Collins (Nicole Chase), Kaitlyn Collins, Christopher Hubbard, Curtis Hubbard (Lisette), Cassandra Hubbard and Cristian Hubbard; and his great grandchild Aubree Cornock.
