He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest R. Spencer and Alice H. Spencer (Proulx); his wife Shirley J. Spencer (Files); and his siblings, Donald Spencer, John Spencer and Patricia Lent.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen M. Jabour of Haverhill; his son-in-law George A. Jabour of Windham; his son Michael R. Spencer (Kelly); his grandchildren, George C. Jabour, Jessica Jabour, Aaron Spencer, Rachel Spencer and Sarah Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Anthony Jabour and Jocelyn Jabour. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home (486 Main St, Haverhill, MA 01830). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish (1280 Boston Rd, Haverhill, MA 01835).
