He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Barbara Sakurai; his sons, Kyle D. Sakurai of Swampscott and Brandon J. Sakurai (Tori Budd) of Beverly; and his siblings, Ken Sakurai of Hampton, NH, Carlos Desedas of Emeryville, CA, Deanna Desedas of Emeryville, CA and Jolie Bastable of San Francisco, CA.. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in his name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
