He was predeceased by: his brother Douglas McKenzie. He is survived by: his husband Eric W. Karlstad of Haverhill; his siblings, Bruce McKenzie of Medford, Debbie Teal (Ken) of Westford and Joyce McKenzie of Somerville; and his sister-in-law Michi McKenzie of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
