He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. and Eleanor Kirby (Canty); his child Dana Kirby; his aunt Mae Canty; his brother Charles Kirby; and his pet Rhodie Kirby.
He is survived by: his spouse Stacy F. Kirby (Thomas); his daughters, Doreen Bowden (Joseph) of Haverhill, Debra Kirby (Attleboro), Stacey Kirby (Attleboro), Kristina Kirby of Woburn and Arianna Kirby (Eric Simpson) of Woburn; his brothers, Robert Kirby (Guilaine Roussel), Richard Kirby (Marianne) of Plymouth, James M. Kirby of Milton, Kevin Kirby (Susan) and Roxbury; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jordan, Riley, Grace, Reganne, Erin and Aidan.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sweeney Memorial Funeral Home (66 Concord Rd, Billerica, MA 01821). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Linwood Cemetery (41 John Ward Ave, Haverhill, MA 01830).
