He is survived by: his wife Rosa Mireles De Roque; his children, Melba Roque, Yesenia Roque, Jine Roque, Estefania Roque and Melvin Eladio Roque; his siblings, Juana Roque, Gerardo Roque and Nieve Roque; and his grandchildren, Raymond Holguin, Justin, Emily Holguin, Bryanna Holguin, Andrew Carotenuto, Emma Carotenuto, Luisanny Veras, Elian Eladio Roque, Jennaliz Veras, Eliah Ramos and Elliot Ramos.
