He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Mitchell (McNeil) of Haverhill; his granddaughter Kelsey Santoro; his son William Mitchell; his stepsons, Randy Ball, Ronald Ball (Eleanor) and Rodney Ball; his siblings, Michael (Sandra), Arthur (Marie), Lucile "Franny" Dole and Margaret "Peggy" Mitchell; his grandchildren, Richard III, Jeremy (Rhiannon), Rebecca, Nathan, Victoria, Vanessa, Rochelle, Brianna, Stacie, Alicia, Timothy, Tyler, Elyana, Olivia, Edward, Elliot and Isaac; and his great grandchild Cylus.
