He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Foley (Terry) and James Foley; and his brother Michael Foley. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Brault); his sons, Sean Foley (Christine) and Scott Foley (Heidi); and his grandchildren, Kristen, Connor, Jacob and Emma Foley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins and brother in-law.
