She was predeceased by: her grandfather Dennis Brandolini. She is survived by: her parents, Daniel DiBartolomeo and Jennifer DiBartolomeo of Plaistow, NH; her sons, Parker, Ashton and Oliver Hamilton of Kingston, NH; her siblings, Dennis DiBartolomeo of Plaistow, NH and Sara DiBartolomeo; her niece Milani DiBartolomeo of Amesbury, MA; and her grandfather Orlando DiBartolomeo (Nana Christine Brochu).
