She was predeceased by: her parents, William Craig and Emma Craig (Bousquet); her husband Robert "Bob" Fantini; her siblings, William Craig, Mary Conforti, David Craig, Theodore "Teddy" Craig and Theresa Craig; and her grandson Angel Hernandez.
She is survived by: her children, Robert A. Fantini (Dalina) of Andover, William A. (Arilys) of Haverhill, Thomas S. Fantini of Bradford, Mary F. (Andrew Corcoran) of Bradford, Joseph J. Fantini (Ann) of Haverhill, John P. Fantini (Liz) of Gloucester, Margaret A. (Paul Buckley) of Haverhill and James C. Fantini of Bradford; her siblings, Margaret Stanzel of Manchester, NH, Louis Craig (June) of Manchester, NH, Thomas Craig (Biffy) of Manchester, NH and Paul Craig of Manchester, NH; her grandchildren, Alex, Camille, Amanda, Alvin, Emily, Eleanor, Robert, Michael, Thomas, Shayna, Kelsey, Daniel, Caleb, John, Mary and Gabriella; Jane and Jack Boland. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the H. L. Farmer & Sons Bradford Funeral Home (210 S Main St, Bradford, MA 01835). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sacred Hearts Church (165 S Main St, Haverhill, MA 01835). During the Covid pandemic, at the request of her grandchildren, Joan completed a Q&A journal.
