He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Garvey and Etta Garvey (Marshall). He is survived by: his wife Joan Garvey (Lapinskas) of Haverhill; and his children, John P. Garvey (Lenora), Jeffery M. Garvey of Bradford Massachusetts and Jamie M. Garvey of North Andover. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Conte Funeral Home - North Andover (17 3rd St, North Andover, MA 01845). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Conte Funeral Home (17 3rd St, North Andover, MA 01845).
