He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Moya and Irma Moya (Gonzalez); and his brother Miguel. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Moya (Padro) of Haverhill; his son Juan Moya; and his siblings, Gladys, Julio, Maria, Migdalia, Angel, Hector, Elizaul, Jose, Ivette and Carmen.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home (486 Main St, Haverhill, MA 01830). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish at St. James Church (185 Winter St, Haverhill, MA 01830).
