She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Chase and Dorothy Chase (Markham); and her brother Michael Chase. She is survived by: her brother Peter Chase; and her children, Christine Kannon (Bobby Meninger), Susan Claflin (Jon Claflin), Julianne Coppola, Robert Coppola and Anita Ash (John Ash). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Her favorite charities were the National MS Society in support of her beloved friend Helen Beauregard who had MS as well as the Alzheimer's Society.
