She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel Joseph Herlihy, Jr. and Grace B. (Pilicy). She is survived by : her son Joseph M. Paula of Haverhill; and her siblings, Debra McClune of Worcester and Daniel J. Herlihy, III (Michelle Parker) of Kingsport, TN.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
