He is survived by: his wife Carole McAdam (Jacques); his children, Timothy (Wendy) of Portola Valley, California, Amy (Jessie Gadd) of Plaistow and Andrew (Tracy) of Fairfield, Connecticut.; and his grandchildren, Carly, Harry, Sarah of Portola Valley, California, Logan of Plaistow and Genevieve of Fairfield, Connecticut..
