He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard B. Foote and Marilyn J. Foote (Rowe). He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Foote (Nicholson); his children, Andrew B. Foote of Haverhill, David C. Foote of North Andover, Amanda J. Foote (Jacob E. Ring) of South Boston and James M. Foote of Haverhill; and his siblings, Frederick J Foote (Kim Pfister) of Walnut Creek and MaryBeth Foote of Fort Collins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
