He is survived by: his wife Irene Foley (Beaudion); his daughters, Kathleen Foley of Amesbury, Heather Foley of Haverhill and Michelle Foley of Peabody; and his siblings, Mark Foley, Marie Thibault, Martin Foley, Margaret Caceres and Kathleen Foley. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
