We announce the death of Nancy Sweet Connolly of Haverhill, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 7, 2026, at the age of 98. Nancy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Nancy will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Nancy will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Nancy’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edward, Sr. and Helen Sweet (Twomey); her husband Thomas Noel Connolly; and her siblings, Virginia Walsh, Ruth Leighton and Joseph Edward Sweet, Jr. (Ned).
She is survived by: her daughter Sara Elizabeth Darois (Steven J.) of Bradford; and her granddaughter Aimee N. Darois (Ky Kelly). She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Hearts Church (165 S Main St, Haverhill, MA 01835).
