He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy DeLeon and Judy DeLeon (Pena) of Haverhill; his siblings, Annalie of Haverhill and Nicholas DeLeon of Haverhill; his grandparents, Antonio Pena (Maura) of Lawrence and Confesor Deleon, Sr. (Silvia) of Clermont, FL; his great-grandparent Inocencia Alvarez of Lawrence; his aunts and uncles, Kathy Pena (Enrique Lopez) of Haverhill, Anthony Pena of Lawrence, Sylvia Abreu (Orlando) of Nashua, NH and Confesor Deleon, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Clermont, FL; and his cousins, Lorenzo of Nashua, NH, Alexis Abreau of Nashua, NH, Shanayah of Haverhill and Armani Avecedo of Haverhill. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, friends, and extended family.

Thanks to Nathan's generous organ donations, these four families will have their loved ones with them longer than expected.
