He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas A. Forgione and Cecilia Forgione (Schraffenberger). He is survived by: his wife Lynn O'Toole; his children, Emily O. Forgione of New York City, Nicholas E. Forgione of New York City and Ryan O. Forgione (Tiffany) of Boston; and his sisters, Susan Forgione, Lynne Sculli and Lisa Goy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
