He was predeceased by : his parents, Zef Lekani and Leze Lekani; and his brothers, Mark Lekani and George Lekani. He is survived by : his wife Domenika Lekani (Guri) of Haverhill; his son Antonio Lekani of Haverhill; and his siblings, John Lekani of Albania, Lazer Lekani of South Carolina and Vanina Lekani of Italy.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home (486 Main St, Haverhill, MA 01830). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Linwood Cemetery.
