He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbet J. Townshend and Everlyn L. Townshend (Coults). He is survived by: his wife Judy Townshend; his children, Bradford H. Townshend of Haverhill and Traci H. Fowler of Haverhill; and his sister Candice (Joseph Spechuilli). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the H. L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home - Haverhill (106 Summer St, Haverhill, MA 01830). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
