He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo J. Bouchard and Melvina Bouchard (Vencis); and his brother Curtis Bouchard. He is survived by: his wife Dail (Dinsmore); his sons, Jonathan R. Bouchard (Susan) of Plaistow, NH and Stephen Bouchard of Dennisport, MA; his grandchildren, Kristen Guerriero (Tom), Matthew Bouchard (Samantha) and Cameron Bouchard (Victoria); his great grandchildren, Addison and Ellie; and his stepgrandson Rocco.
