He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas J. Berry; and his brother William "Billy" Choquette. He is survived by: his mother Edna Marie Choquette (Russell) of Peabody; his brother Christopher Berry; his sibling-in-law Leslie Smith of Salem; his siblings, Thomas Berry (Ellen O'Brien) of West Peabody, Rhonda Berry (AnnMarie Nicholas) of Salisbury and Matthew Choquette of Peabody; his nieces and nephews, Joshua Berry, Ian Berry, Samantha Berry, Callie Berry, Angelica Medina and Leah Choquette; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Luke, Cameron, Abigail, Finn, Isla, Regan, Dominic and Jameson; his aunt Kathy Cross of Hampton, NH; and his caregiver Joe.
