He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde E. Faulkner and Ada M. Faulkner (Guest); and his siblings, Mary E. Libbey of Norwood, MA and Clyde H. Faulkner (Catherine) of Medford. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen F. Faulkner (O'Brien) of Haverhill, MA; his son Thomas O'Brien Faulkner (Zandra) of Salem, NH; his sister Margaret Buckley (Joseph) of Falmouth, MA.; and his grandchildren, Isabella Nora Faulkner and Lia Linnea Faulkner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
