He was predeceased by: his brothers, Stephen Byrnes Sr. and Shawn Byrnes; his sister-in-law Kimberly Byrnes (Rubchinuk); his niece Allysia Byrnes; and his nephew Stephen Byrnes Jr..
He is survived by: his parents, Robert Byrnes and Arline Byrnes (McKenna) of Peabody; his pet Puss; his siblings, Christine Dempsey of Danvers, Karen (Bradford Rost) of Byfield, Robert Byrnes Jr. of Spokane, WA and Kevin Byrnes of Danvers; his nieces and nephews, Shauna, Riley, Terena and Liam; his great-niece Fredi; his stepson Kyle Ambrose of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; his former wife Suzanne Ambrose; and his friend Kevin White. He is also survived by companion for a man whose love for animals.
