He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. "Bill" Devine and Beverly A. Devine (Kozak); his grandparents, William E. Devine Sr. and Virginia Devine; and his mother-in-law Eileen Aniolowski.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Devine (Aniolowski); his children, Ashley Devine of Amesbury, MA and William "Bill" Devine, Jr. (Kellie (Caffrey)) of Methuen, MA; his sisters, Sherri and Kelli; his uncles, Russell Kozak (Marie) and Tom Kozak (Connie); his father-in-law Richard Aniolowski; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Scafidi, Richard Aniolowski (Karen) and John Aniolowski (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
