He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy A. Mazzulli (Tarzia); his son Chuck Mazzulli; and his sister Teresa Mazzulli. He is survived by: his son Bob Mazzulli of Hingham; his siblings, Louise Flebotte (late Donald) and Frank Mazzulli (Patricia) of Quincy; and his granddaughter Melissa Merriam of Bridgewater. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
