He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Claire Cummings Norton; his daughter Kara Norton Ferrante (John Scanlan Ferrante) of Hingham; his parents, Francis Norton and Margaret "Peg" Norton of Quincy; his sister Carol Bailey (Jim Bailey); and his children, Lauren Schimizzi, Margaret Lakin (late Paul), Kathy Hunter (Edward Hunter), Ted Hunter and Caroline Parsons. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
