We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2024, at the age of 92, Jean Marie Callahan of Hingham, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur L. Evans and Margaret T. Evans (O'Leary); her daughter Kathleen A. Callahan; and her siblings, Arthur Evans, Margaret Dillon, Marion Sullivan, Patricia Meade and Charles Evans.

She is survived by : her husband Richard Arthur Callahan; her children, Maureen Callahan VanderMay (Monty K. VanderMay), John J. P. Callahan (Emily Dawson Callahan) and Nora M. Armstrong (Stuart Armstrong); and her granddaughters, Alexandra Armstrong, Caroline Armstrong and Caitlin C. Callahan. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
