He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Keohan and Josephine Keohan; his wife Marilyn; and his siblings, Jean O'Malley, Mary Lou Bicknell, Rev. Edward Keohan and Richard Keohan.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Manis (Gary), Cristin Kisiday (John) and Kevin (Sara Noyes); his brother Peter Keohan (Mary); and his sister-in-law Alice Keohan.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home (21 Emerald St, Hingham, MA 02043). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Resurrection (1057 Main St, Hingham, MA 02043). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Paul's Cemetery (114 Hersey St, Hingham, MA 02043).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of John to the South Shore Hospital "Honor Your Caregiver" program (southshorehealth.org/give) to benefit the surgical staff, nurses, and care teams.
