He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Pinto Sr. of San Miguel and Ida Pinto (Monteiro) of Lisbon, Portugal.; and his siblings, Diane Clark, Wayne Pinto and Dennis Pinto.
He is survived by: his wife Diane B. Pinto (Biederman) of Hingham; his children, John M. Pinto of North Easton and Wendy Hughes (Frank) of Bristol; his grandsons, Daniel Pinto and Sean Wagenbach; and his sister Rosalie Dunn of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
