She was predeceased by: her husband William Patterson; and her son James O'Toole. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Gloria O'Toole of Lake Mary; her daughters, Colleen Ciaccio (Michael) of New Jersey and Cynthia O'Toole of Hull, Massachusetts.; her grandchildren, Shaun O'Toole, Michael Ciaccio (Emily), Joseph Ciaccio and Megan Ciaccio; her stepgranddaughters, Denise and Erika Torres; her great grandchildren, Mila and Emma Ciaccio; her stepgreat-granddaughter Jordan Brown; and her pet Sophie.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home (21 Emerald St, Hingham, MA 02043). A burial was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hull Village Cemetery.
