He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary A. O'Brien (Kelly) and Norton Cornelius O'Brien; his wife Emily A. O'Brien (Snow); and his brother William O'Brien (Joann). He is survived by: his stepdaughter Sharon Conti; his granddaughters, Marie and Vanessa Conti; his nephews, William O'Brien Jr., Timothy O'Brien and Mark O'Brien; and his niece Diane Brooks.
