Robert Paul Fournier Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Paul Fournier of Hingham, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 28, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulysses E. Fournier and Edith C. Fournier (Griffin); and his former wife Marcia Principe. He is survived by: his wife Eileen A. McCracken Fournier; his children, Paul Fournier of Falmouth, Michael Fournier of Falmouth, Scott Fournier (Gianna) of Sandwich, Shelby Thamasain (Henrik) of La Crescenta and Hugh Fournier (Amber) of Colorado; his grandchildren, Katherine (David) and Stefan; his brother David Fournier (late Patricia) of Florida; and his former wife Barbara Fournier of Falmouth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, his grandchild, extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home - Hingham (21 Emerald St, Hingham, MA 02043). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul's Church (147 North St, Hingham, MA 02043). The military honors was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
