It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Ann Kachmar of Hingham, Massachusetts, born in Quincy, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 1, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo J Mahoney, Jr. and Evelyn C Mahoney (Gibbs); her siblings, Kathleen Bogan of Duxbury, MA, Michael Mahoney (Susan) of Cary, NC, Mary Carlucci (Michael) of Plymouth, MA and Patrick Mahoney of Hingham, MA.; and her siblings' children, Jason, Kelliann, Leanne, James, Josh and Sarah.
