He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary DiMilla (Panza) and Pasquale DiMilla; his wife Betty (Cook); and his son John. He is survived by : his children, Christine Sarfati (Jerry), Peter DiMilla (Jeanine), Andrew DiMilla (Martha) and Julie DiMilla; his brother Bob (Ann); and his grandchildren, Leah, Ben, Luke, Matthew and Jacquelyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anne Church (20 Boston Rd, Southborough, MA 01772). A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at the Southborough Rural Cemetery (11 Cordaville Rd, Southborough, MA 01772).
